What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within seven days of delivery for a refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation, and we’ll arrange for it to be collected you should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives?
Our specially-trained Delivery teams check your furniture to make sure it’s up to our standards before we leave your premises, so damage is rare. But if you’re unhappy with the quality, just contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending us a couple of photos of the damage. Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a refund or order you a replacement.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel your order within 7 days . However if your product is a special order i.e. a sofa in a particular fabric please contact email@example.com so as we may look into the current situation and the progress on its design. If your order is simply a stock product contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
How long will my refund take?
We’ll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within ten working days, depending on how you paid. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
Can I change my existing order?
Once you’ve placed an order, we’re not usually able to make any changes. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to ask us about this.
